Safe People

Who are safe people. A judgement of safe people, when talking to a person and that person is talking badly about someone else that person is probably talking badly about you, not a safe person. How do you find that person, friend, that you can tell all to and trust with your secrets. Yes we all have something that we don't want to dig up for the whole world to know. Do you want to be friends with someone who is popular or of high importance so you can be important. When you wall other people out, you are also walling yourself in, these walls were built when you needed them, to protect yourself. If you are in a group and the conversation drifts to a conversation of being judgemental, gossiping way. Gently steer the conversation to something more positive.
