Congratulations to all who were promoted, at our annual Chinese New Years event. Everything come off without a hitch. Lion/Dragon dance was awsome, well excecuted by all. We are defiantly getting better at pulling New Years off, yes we had a few minor glitches, that are easily solvable. That gives us a chance to make next year even better.
It is always amazing to see the comraderie when we are watching everyone work so hard especially in the last few weeks before show time, the last couple of weeks is when you are polishing your forms and feels like repetition will never end. This is the time when the true martial artist shows through, to keep practicing, ignoring the boredom of repetition, taking a look at yourselves and making adjustments to look better.
