Self control


 What is self control and how do you per-sever. The facets of love are- joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness and goodness these are all held in place by self control. The only way you can exercise self control is you've got to want to to be in control of yourself. It's like anything else a person wants to do in life, anything from things like quitting smoking to controlling your tongue, first step is to convince yourself this is what you are want to do, once you take this step and have this mindset the rest will fall into place. We must exercise self control.
Every day you must say I am disciplined and self controlled.
